Our final session “Mental Capacity, Guardianship and the PGT” will take place Wednesday April 9th from 12:00-1:00pm. Our speaker’s agenda: We will have discussed capacity a bit during our last sessions, but for this Webinar we look at the different tests for capacity whether you are signing a contract, make health care decisions, or even instructing a lawyer.  We will also review who makes decisions for you if you are incapable of doing it yourself.
